Random Studio’s Amsterdam office is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative department team. 

As a Sr. Graphic Designer, you will be for the most part working on our Nike client. We are looking for someone with a love for typography, branding, motion graphics. Given the fact that most of our work is spatial you need to have a strong interest in translation your graphic and motion skills onto the physical interactive space. 

### Qualities we are looking for

- Someone with a sharp portfolio of typographic-based projects and a keen eye for good graphic-led animations;

- Comfortable using design tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects.

- Experience with motion design (After Effects, preferably).

- Very good understanding of production for graphic elements, printed and digital.

- We are looking for someone with love for the Nike brand. A good understanding of their ways-of-working is a plus.

### Responsibilities 

- Lead out on several projects for our Nike client
- In some cases manage jr and or medior designers
- Discuss with other team members with different discipline to reach a holistic aesthetic. 
- Design for digital products using technologies such as touch interfaces or other input devices.
- Create examples of motion design with tools such as After Effects and Figma Prototyping to handover to developers.

Senior Graphic Designer

We’re seeking a talented and motivated Senior Creative Lead to take the reins on a significant account, collaborating closely with the producer and guiding our team towards creative excellence.

**Role Summary**: As Creative Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and overseeing projects on one of the studio's key accounts. In this production-focused role, you’ll be responsible for transforming design guidelines into a cohesive, functional space with a focus on practicality and efficiency. You'll lead and inspire a team of designers and creative talent to bring this vision to life. In this long-term client engagement, you’ll develop expert knowledge of this brand and space, mastering its nuances with each reskin and campaign.

This is an opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented strategic thinker who can bring bold ideas to life and is comfortable handling all aspects of the creative process from concepting to on-site installation oversight.

# Responsibilities

- **Lead and inspire**: Working hand-in-hand with the producer, you will steer the creative vision and direction of the engagements, ensuring the highest standard of creative output.
- **Oversee production**: Manage the end-to-end creative production process, from ideation to delivery, with a sharp eye for detail.
- **Design and deck making**: Lead the development of polished and compelling presentation decks that effectively communicate the creative vision to both internal teams and clients.
- **Client engagement**: Present and articulate concepts to clients confidently, ensuring alignment with their vision while providing expert guidance.
- **Team collaboration**: Motivate, mentor, and guide designers across disciplines, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.

# What we're looking for

- **Experience**: 5-6 years as AD/Creative lead min.
- **Location flexibility**: Based in Paris (preferred) or Amsterdam. Your presence on overnight installations every two/three months is a must.  
- **Retail design focus**: Proven experience in retail design.
- **Creative technology**: Aligned with our studio's DNA, we are seeking a candidate with experience in overseeing the creation of interactive experiences.
- **Production oversight**: Track record of managing and executing large-scale productions, ensuring all project aspects align with the creative vision.
- **Organized and detail-oriented**: Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with precision and attention to detail.
- **Design expertise**: Background in graphic design, 3D experience and Rhino are highly valued.
- **Presentation skills**: Excellent communicator and presenter, capable of articulating ideas clearly and inspiring confidence in clients and team members.

You will play a pivotal role in the creative process, from client-facing brief intakes to overseeing designers and creating innovative concepts. Your expertise in sketching, drawing, and 3D modeling will be essential in developing exceptional spatial design experiences. Additionally, your proficiency in interactive technology installations will be crucial in pushing the boundaries of our work.

### Responsibilities:

- Conduct client-facing brief intakes to fully understand project requirements and objectives.
- Supervise and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and support throughout the creative process.
- Utilize your exceptional sketching, drawing, and 3D modeling skills to create and communicate imaginative design concepts.

Senior Spatial Designer (Full-Time)

Random Studio’s Amsterdam office is looking for an Architecture Design Intern to join our creative department team.

As an Architecture Design Intern, you will be working on various projects within a team, being trained and mentored by experienced design professionals. We are looking for a talented and ambitious architectural student, who is curious and interested in growing in a fast-paced working environment.

* You study Architecture/Spatial Design/Product Design or are freshly graduated
* Strong rendering skills and familiarity with Rhino
